Social housing in Sant Pere de Ribes

The two buildings, with 42 housing units each, propose a staggered volumetry to achieve a more permeable and friendly complex in an urban setting. In addition, this volumetry allows to have more homes on the corner. The corners are occupied by the living rooms and the balconies, while the center of the building is operational: circulations, facilities and wet areas. The chromaticism and materiality of the facades also seek to soften the visual impact and integrate it with the adjoining park.
