Social Housing in Gracia

The challenge of the project is to design 16 social housing units and a community center, integrating two heritage elements valuable to the Gracia neighborhood: three 19th-century single-family houses and a centuries-old oak tree. The proposed volumes and colors are playful yet respectful with the existing façades. The rear area is left open for a semi-public park surrounding the majestic oak tree.
