Sant Celoni | project in progress
The new four-home building is designed in a way that respects the urbanity of the Sant Celoni expansion. All the houses have a cross-ventilated and diaphanous typology. It opts for a circulation with no corridors, where the kitchen functions as the center of the home. Two dwellings have a mezzanine with terraces, taking advantage of the spaciousness of the lower deck. In exchange, the other two houses own large terrace. A large circular patio crosses the terrace, and functions as a light and ventilation shaft for the parking lot.
